 Ingredients of Pavlova Cake Recipe

For Meringue (meringue);

  •  4 egg whites
  • 155 g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstape
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
For the cream;
  • 250 g milk
  • 4 yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g flour
  • 30 g butter
  • Vanilla
  • 200 g cream




For over:

Mango, blueberry and spindle fruit (passion fruit)
Or other fruits you like 


How to Make Pavlova Cake Recipe

1.For French tinkling, start whisking the egg whites, add the icing sugar gradually when bubbling.

2.When it has the consistency of Mereng, mix the apple cider vinegar with starch and add it. Set the oven to 120 degrees.
