How to make lahmacun recipe at home?
Necessary Ingredients for Lahmacun Dough:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 cups normal flour
- 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 glass of warm water
Lahmacun Ingredients:
- 350 grams of ground beef
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Cumin
- Chili pepper
Preparation of Lahmacun Dough:
- Put the granulated sugar and salt in a kneading bowl, add the ready-made yeast and wait a minute or two.
- Add the whole meal and regular white flour until it thickens.
- Cover the dough after thickening.
- After your dough is ready, cut into palm-sized pieces and set aside.
Preparation of Lahmacun Inside:
- Cut the onions into several pieces and run them through the robot.
- Peel the tomatoes and run them through the robot.
- Put this mixture you have passed from the robot in a bowl.
- Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl.
- Add the tomato and pepper paste to the bowl.
- Finally, add your spices to the bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough pieces you have prepared.
- Spread the lahmacun gently into the dough you prepared in the corner.
- Pre-set your oven to 230 degrees and heat it.
- Place your lahmacun on a baking paper and put your tray in the oven you have preheated.
- After about 10 minutes, the lahmacun will be ready.
- When your lahmacun is ready, throw the other lahmacun into the oven.
- Enjoy your meal.
